The Northwest Indiana Special Education Cooperative offers early childhood development program at the ELC. 

Our ECD preschool classrooms meet the needs of three and four year old students with disabilities who qualify for the program.  It prepares the students for kindergarten.  Students learn academics, self help skills, and social skills.
