HHS Class of 2016

Last year Maddy was offered an amazing scholarship to play shortstop for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga Mockingbirds! UTC has a Division 1 softball team that is part of the Southern Conference. Mr. Frank Reed is the head coach and has achieved 9 conference championships!  Recently at their singing Mr. Reed stated, "We looked at speed and adding to the pitching and the middle infield positions when recruiting this class. The coolest thing about all of them is they're all great academic students too. I feel really good about this class athletically and academically."

Maddy is still undecided about her major but is looking for something in the sports medicine field. Best of luck in Tennessee and remember that hard work pays off! "All my life I want to be a Brickie! Work! Work! Work!"
