Are you a doctor?

No, we work under the direction of a physician.

Are you a Physical Therapist?

Athletic Trainers are trained in physical therapy techniques, they they are not physical therapists.

Do we pay you?

We do not bill for our services.

Can you do X-rays?

No.

Can I release my son/daughter?

We accept a release from a MD, DO. 

All doctor visits require a note from the doctor brought back to the Hobart Athletic Trainer to show restrictions or if you are clear to participate.  This includes but is not exclusive to family doctors, general practitioners, dentists, dermatologists, orthopedics, pediatricians, etc.
