2018-2019 Awards and Honors
Congratulations Merqurie Sage--Class of 2019 on her signing with Bethel University!
The HHS Cheerleaders Traveled to Portage High School to compete in the 2019 Hoosier Open and Came home with a 1st place victory in the Varsity Cheer Division with a zero deduction routine. The girls also were honored with the Spirit Trophy for the best enthusiasm, school spirit, and sportsmanship displayed out of all teams at the competition! Additionally we had athletes compete in the jump off at the individual level with their amazing results below:

Over the Summer of 2018-2019 The Brickie Cheerleaders also participated in a Home Camp through Premiere Cheerleading out of Kentucky. During the three day camp the girls learned new skill sets, game day preparations, and competed against themselves to show improvement. At the end of the camp the girls were honored with the following awards:
The team spirit Ball and an Award of Superior performance and improvement as a program over the course of Camp
The following cheerleaders were also chosen as Premeire Cheerleading All-American Cheerleaders for their outstanding performance and skills demonstrated during the camp. 2017-2018 Awards and Honors
The Brickie Cheerleaders participated at the 2018 Hoosier Open Cheer and dance Competition at Crown Point High school and brought home 2nd place honors! Congratulations on a well performed routine with zero deductions!
Congratulations to the Hobart High School Cheerleaders for Placing 1st with an awesome score of 85.6 at the LaPorte Cheer and Dance Invitational Competition! Way to leave it on the mat!! We are proud of you!
This summer at their home camp, the Hobart JV and Varsity Cheerleaders were both awarded the Elite Cheerleading Award of Excellence for their outstanding performances at Camp!
This summer the following Brickie Cheerleaders were chosen as Elite All-American Cheerleaders during their camp.

2016-2017 Awards and Honors:
Congratulations to the Coed Varsity Competition team for a successful season ending competition at the Team Champion Tournament of Champions at UIC Pavillion in Chicago. The Team received 1st place in the Coed Varsity School division and TIED with University of Wisconsin-Madison's Competitive Cheer club for the School division Overall Grand Champions! The team also received a partially paid bid to compete at The ONE Cheer and Dance Championships.
Congratulations to the JV Competition team on Competing at Team Champion's Tournament of Champions. The Team put on a zero deduction performance and received first place in the Junior Varsity School division. The team also received a partially paid bid to The One Cheer and Dance Championships! Congratulations!
The Varsity Competition team traveled to Robert Morris University to compete in the Xtreme Spirit Battle Royale Competition. The team won first place receiving zero deductions and scoring a program high score of 94 out of 100! The team received perfect scores in jumps, basket tosses, and an amazing 24/25 points for overal performance and choreography!
The Varsity Cheerleaders participated in the Midwest Cheer and Dance Hoosier Open. Despite a significant injury during warm ups requiring some creative thinking and strong team work, the team debuted with a 3rd place finish in the highly competitive varsity coed division. The coaching staff was also awarded coaching staff of the year honors. Way to pull together Brickies!
This February, Juniors Jhaida Barbera and Jenna Yarrito along with Seniors Anthony Reyes, Meghan Bell, Elizabeth Burns and Michael Collazo participated in Purdue University Lafayette's Get Recruited Clinic. All four brickie seniors were invited back to tryout for Purdue University's Cheerleading program after receiving tryout bids based on their success at the clinic! Way to Go, Brickie Seniors!!

2014-2015 Season Honors and Awards
The Varsity Cheerleaders traveled to Warren Central where they were named Americheer's Indiana State Cheerleading Champions
and earned a bid to nationals!
The cheerleaders traveled to Chicago to participate in the US Finals. They were crowned 2015 Chicago region champions winning white champion jackets and ending with an overall place of 4th in the nation.
