MY FAMILY

Mr. Patterson and I have two children-Alyssa and Adam, and Max, our adopted black lab. We live in Portage. My family enjoys doing things outdoors-camping, fishing, hiking, and kayaking. I am blessed to come from a large family. I have four brothers (one younger than me) and two younger sisters. I grew up in northwest Indiana and have always enjoyed spending time at the Dunes National Lakeshore.

MY TEACHING

This will be my 14th year at Joan Martin. I am excited about teaching 2nd grade and enjoy the discovery and exploration aspects of this age group. I look forward to the new school year and can't wait to meet my new class. See you soon!
