In the School City of Hobart we are committed to providing students with the best possible education.  The fine arts are a critical part of that education.  The fine arts provide an outlet for creativity, self-expression, and individual uniqueness.  We believe that all children can succeed as artists and musicians.  In a world of high stakes testing and high demands on student achievement, the fine arts teach children that not all aspects of life are quantifiable.
