    Student Registration Information

    Elementary Schools

  • Registration for the 2018-2019 School Year is a three step process, including
    (1) Skyward Update, (2) Completion of Paper Forms, and (3) Residency Verification. See below for more information on each step.

    STEP 1: Skyward UPDATE
    New students will complete the online Skyward update at the school, during registration. Please proceed to STEP 2 to expedite the registration process.


    Read the forms listed below, print out the necessary forms, complete them at home, and bring them with you to registration.

    Elementary Physical Form
    Immunization Information
    Medication Distribution Forms
    *The Lunch and Textbook Assistance Form will be completed online at the schools during registration.

    Once you have completed the appropriate forms listed above, STEP 2 is complete. Please proceed to STEP 3 to continue the registration process.


    A mandatory residency verification process will be conducted for the entire school district at registration. Every family with students in the Hobart school system will be required to prove the location of their legal settlement. A parent or legal guardian must be present at registration to complete this process.

    Once your residency has been verified, STEP 3 is complete. Please complete any remaining processes at your child's school during Registration, to ensure that your child is properly registered for school.
