The Summer Market on the Lake is the place to be! Come enjoy outdoor shopping featuring fresh produce, baked goods, ethnic & gourmet foods, children’s craft area, jewelry, handmade crafts, and so much more!

Lake County Public Libraries have a Summer Reading program taking place June 1-July 31.
This four-day event features live entertainment, an arts and crafts area, children’s activities, and food vendors. The Lakefront Festival is also proud to host the Hobart Community Foundation’s Dam Duck Race on Sunday afternoon.
DAM DUCK RACE AND CARDBOARD BOAT RACE
Get creative and construct your boat entirely out of cardboard and duct tape race to the finish line. The boats will be on display beginning at Noon, so come out and take a look at the participant’s hard work!
